How it works:

  • Step 1 - Fill out the form to invite the VRBO Bear to review your property.
  • Step 2 - When a VRBO/HomeAway employee and the Bear are traveling to your area, they will send you a personalized email with specific dates.
  • Step 3 - You as the property owner provide a complimentary stay to the Bear and an employee with their friends or family.
  • Step 4 - The employee pays your customary cleaning fee and refundable deposit.
  • Step 5 - You and the employee confirm the reservation and provide a written contract or check-in/check-out details and expectations.

What you get:

  • Personalized review of your property and a photo of the VRBO Bear’s visit will be added to your listing.
  • Unique Bear Stay icon displayed next to your listing on the search results/index pages.
  • Placement on the VRBO Stayed Here page which will link back to your listing and drive new visitors to your ad.
  • Complete evaluation of your property listing. This is a confidential evaluation that will be emailed to only you once the stay is completed.
